Annual General Body Meeting: This is a meeting of all members of the organization that is held once annually, on the last Sunday of every May. Work done during the past year is presented during this meeting. In a democratic set up, the organization is obliged to make such a presentation. Feedback and critical comments are taken from members on all projects of the organization. This is a vital loop that helps Aarohi to frame its approach for the following year.
